Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing office operations, including supervising staff, managing budgets, and maintaining accurate records. You will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects
  • Provide high-level administrative support to other departments, including data entry, document preparation, and travel coordination
  • Act as a liaison between departments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration
  • Assist the accounting department with financial management, including insurance claims and vendor management

Requirements: A minimum of 3 years' experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with knowledge of Google Workspace or similar platforms.
