Position Overview:
ABIDSS, Inc. is seeking an Invoice Reconciliation Specialist to become a vital part of our team.

The primary responsibility of the Invoice Reconciliation Specialist is to ensure accurate reconciliation of vendor invoices and address any disputes that may arise. This position operates on a standard Monday to Friday schedule, within an office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Receive and reconcile vendor invoices to verify:
    a. Accuracy of charges for payment
    b. Completeness of client invoicing
    c. Proper application of credits

2. Address vendor invoice disputes directly, serving as the main point of contact for invoice-related inquiries.

3. Collaborate with operations and billing teams to rectify any missing client invoicing.

4. Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors.

5. Monitor emails for urgent orders or requests and process them promptly.

6. Analyze invoices and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required; some college education is preferred but not mandatory. A minimum of three years of relevant experience is essential.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

- No specific certifications are required.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong understanding of basic billing and payment processes.

- Awareness of the organization's objectives and goals.

- Highly self-motivated and able to work independently.

- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong teamwork skills.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Willingness to work overtime during peak periods.

- Proficient typing skills with a minimum speed of 45 words per minute.

- Ability to accurately bill invoices while maintaining a high output.

- Capacity to focus and concentrate amidst distractions.
