Job Description

Race Winning Brands is seeking a skilled Transmission Builder to create high-performance and racing transmissions. The ideal candidate will have experience building transmissions and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble high-performance and racing Powerglide and Turbo 400 transmissions
  • Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to quality control standards
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve production objectives and ensure quality and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience building transmissions
  • Knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting procedures
  • Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
  • Strong communication skills, constructive feedback, and teamwork
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
