Insider Threat Program Manager

We are seeking a skilled and proactive individual to take on the role of Insider Threat Program Manager. In this position, you will play a crucial role in establishing and managing an Insider Threat Program, collaborating closely with Human Resources and Legal departments on sensitive forensic inquiries.

Key Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in insider threat management, including at least one year in a supervisory role
  • Extensive knowledge of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) tools and the capability to guide the alignment of policies with organizational objectives
  • Proficient in data analytics related to incidents and forensic examinations
  • Expertise in recommending tools and personnel strategies to achieve program objectives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing projects and achieving significant security program milestones while working collaboratively across various teams
  • Maintaining continuous learning and staying informed in a rapidly evolving environment
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to design and execute an Insider Threat Program customized to the organization's requirements
