Senior Medical Planner

As a Senior Medical Planner at Stantec, you will be responsible for leading the design and planning of healthcare facilities, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. You will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall healthcare experience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive healthcare planning strategies that align with client goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver healthcare facilities that meet the needs of patients, staff, and the community.
- Conduct site visits, analyze data, and develop recommendations for healthcare facility design and planning.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure that healthcare facilities meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare planning, design, and project management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Proficiency in design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
