Job Title: Senior Facilities Planner

BioPhase Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Facilities Planner to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and replacements
  • Collaborate with maintenance staff to prioritize and assign tasks, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety protocols
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services
  • Provide support to facilities management staff, including training and guidance on maintenance procedures and protocols
  • Assist in the development and implementation of facilities management policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in facilities management, maintenance, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as facilities management, engineering, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems
