Position Summary:
We are in search of a dedicated veterinary receptionist who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of pets and their owners. Key Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring the reception area is welcoming and visually appealing.
  • Greeting clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism.
  • Addressing inquiries and managing client concerns effectively.
  • Handling phone calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Scheduling appointments to optimize clinic operations.
  • Processing client check-ins and check-outs, including payment transactions.
  • Providing compassionate emotional support to clients during challenging times.

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a veterinary or medical reception role (preferred).
  • Background in sales or call center operations (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills, a calm demeanor, and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and proficiency in computer applications.
  • Strong reading, comprehension, and writing skills.
  • A proactive attitude towards personal and professional development.
