Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Client Relations Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals with a background in veterinary care who are looking to leverage their expertise in a client-facing capacity. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the client experience and ensuring that pet owners receive the information and support they need for their beloved pets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personally greet and welcome clients and their pets, addressing their inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Monitor and identify signs of anxiety or stress in animals, providing solutions to ensure a comfortable visit.
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and text messages, offering guidance and solutions to client inquiries regarding their pets.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in the veterinary field is required.
