Job Title: Guest Services Supervisor

White Barn Inn, a renowned local landmark, seeks a skilled Guest Services Supervisor to lead our front desk team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth check-ins, personalized service, and efficient problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and assist in the check-in and check-out processes, guaranteeing efficiency, accuracy, and a warm welcome for guests.
  • Supervise front desk staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure outstanding customer service and adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and manage room reservations, ensuring accuracy and availability, and addressing discrepancies or special requests.
  • Resolve guest inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally, maintaining a positive and hospitable atmosphere at the front desk.
  • Coordinate front desk operations during scheduled shifts, ensuring appropriate staffing levels, task delegation, and smooth shift transitions.
  • Act as a communication hub between guests and other hotel departments, facilitating effective communication to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and room availability, and generate reports for management analysis and decision-making.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of hotel reception experience, preferably in a 4 or 5-star hotel
  • Extensive knowledge of Google Applications, including G-mail, Calendar, Tasks, etc.
