Position Overview

Elevate your career in hospitality as a Guest Services Attendant, where you will serve as the initial and final point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and sophisticated experience upon arrival and departure. Your prompt and courteous service will be pivotal in creating a memorable stay for our guests.
  • Efficiently park and retrieve guests' vehicles, ensuring the secure handling of keys and personal belongings while assisting with luggage delivery to and from guest rooms.
  • Provide transportation services as per the hotel's standard operating procedures, including driving the shuttle van.
  • Offer insightful recommendations regarding local dining, entertainment, community events, and activities to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Address guest concerns promptly and report any issues to the guest services manager without delay.
  • Deliver courteous and attentive service, assisting guests with their belongings and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Maintain the organization of the bell closet and oversee the receipt and dispatch of all guest packages.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front entrance, lobby areas, and bell closet.
  • Regularly inspect all parking areas, including the valet section and employee lot, to ensure compliance with parking protocols.
  • Coordinate with taxi services and airport connections to facilitate smooth transportation for guests.
  • Assist in arranging group parking when requested by the sales team.
  • Perform additional reasonable duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • At least one year of experience in a valet or bellman role, preferably within a luxury hotel setting.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required by the department.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license that meets the requirements of our insurance provider.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Capability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and navigate stairs.
  • Proficient in driving both automatic and manual vehicles.
