Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Elevator Sales Representative to join our team at Otis Elevator Company. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and build new customer relationships to drive sales growth and margin expansion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business development opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Utilize Otis' sales tools to track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results.
  • Manage opportunities in the CRM pipeline and provide accurate forecasting.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Customer-centric with a strong desire to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities.
  • Strong leadership skills, goal-orientated, and self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of outside sales experience preferred.
