About the Role:

Saviance is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team. As a Salesforce Developer - Healthcare Solutions, you will design, develop, and implement Salesforce applications that meet the complex needs of healthcare organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop Salesforce applications for healthcare clients
  • Develop expertise in Sales Cloud, Health Cloud, and Experience Cloud at an enterprise level of complexity
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Conduct code reviews and unit testing
  • Mentor and train junior developers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and object-oriented programming
  • Experience with a variety of Salesforce development tools and technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desired Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development
  • Experience with Salesforce Tableau CRM (Einstein Analytics) and Vlocity product suite implementation
  • Healthcare, especially health insurance (payor) business domain knowledge
