About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Grants Management Specialist II to join our team at ICF. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support in federal grant compliance, administration, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support project delivery on disaster recovery and data analytics initiatives, partnering with ICF subject matter experts.
  • Prepare agendas, biweekly status reports, and follow-up actions for meetings with external clients and client vendors.
  • Document processes for internal and external audiences, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop or update procedures for the proper administration of grant funds, upholding compliance and data management best practices.
  • Report variances and recommend adjustments to accounting data to match actual activity.
  • Generate dashboard mockups, charts, use cases, wireframes, process flow diagrams, and other system documentation.
  • Support technical assistance tasks to recipients and subrecipients in managing their federal grants.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in political science, economics, sociology, or a related field.
  • 1+ year of experience working with public sector entities on grant management, regulatory compliance, management consulting, or government financial services.
  • 2+ years' experience with MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel.
  • Preferred experience in analyzing legal or regulatory documents, summarizing information for various audiences, and working on grants management, federal grants compliance, and grant reporting.
