Job Overview

Flik Independent School Dining is a leading provider of foodservice solutions for private and independent schools. As a Senior Director of Dining Services, you will play a critical role in managing our operations, ensuring exceptional service to clients, students, and communities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in foodservice management, with experience in K12 settings. You will be responsible for leading a team of professionals, driving business growth, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Manage and inspire a diverse team of foodservice professionals to deliver top-notch service and achieve operational and financial goals.
  • Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth, expand client relationships, and identify new opportunities.
  • Client Relations: Foster strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and staff to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
  • Financial Management: Own the financial performance of assigned accounts, ensuring accuracy in reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes.

Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year
