About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housing Stabilization Specialist to join our team at The Salvation Army USA Southern Territory. As a key member of our social services team, you will play a vital role in providing case management services to individuals and families in need of housing assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments with clients to identify their needs and strengths.
  • Develop and implement individualized service plans to address client needs and goals.
  • Provide housing location services and community-based home visits to clients as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clients receive the necessary support and resources.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case notes and records.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Three years of experience in case management and social services.
  • Valid State Driver's License.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
