- Research and Quality Improvement: Participate in research projects and quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of evidence-based guidelines and protocols.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centered care goals, and provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff members.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited pharmacy program.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of clinical pharmacy experience, with a strong background in clinical pharmacy practice and leadership.
- Certifications: Current Texas pharmacist license, ASHP-qualified residency preceptor certification, and relevant specialty certifications (e.g., Board of Pharmacy Specialist).
