Job Overview

RPh on the Go is seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist in Charge to lead our Specialty team in Cypress, Texas. This 13-week Temp to Perm position requires a strong leader with expertise in pharmacy operations, staff supervision, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee pharmacy operations, including staff supervision and inventory management.
  • Provide clinical guidance and counseling to patients and healthcare providers.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to improve patient outcomes and promote cost-effective prescribing.
  • Manage the compounding, dispensing, and counseling of medications.
  • Monitor drug usage and promote responsible prescribing practices.
Requirements:
  • PharmD degree and active pharmacist license.
  • 3+ years of pharmacy experience, with a strong background in leadership and team management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
