Optical Sales Manager

US Vision is seeking a highly skilled Optical Sales Manager to lead our team in Marion, IN. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and controlling expenses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coach optical staff to achieve personal and store goals
- Oversee the execution of effective operational and procedural processes
- Engage with patients and customers to fulfill prescriptive eyewear needs
Requirements:
- Experienced optician preferred
- Sales ability to connect with customers and recommend items based on their needs
- Polished and professional communication and customer-centric service skills
