Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple phone lines and respond to incoming calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide administrative support to our medical staff, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records
  • Assist with daily office tasks, such as data entry and filing
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our practice's high standards of professionalism
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility to work until 7pm and on some Saturdays
  • Training will be provided for Transcranial Magnetic Simulation (TMS) therapy
