Job DescriptionThe Sales & Customer Service Director is a critical role that requires a unique blend of sales, leadership, and customer service skills. As a member of our senior leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping our sales and customer service strategy and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a high-performing sales and service team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Create and implement strategies to drive sales revenue growth and improve customer retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated business plans for strategic growth accounts.
- Establish and manage pricing and discount programs within budgeted plans.
- Develop and maintain customer onboarding content with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members and provide coaching and development opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 10 years of experience in sales and people management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience using Salesforce as a KPI driver.
- Strong organization skills, excellent communication, and leadership abilities.
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Tecstone Granite offers a competitive salary range of $150,000-$200,000 per year, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
