Skincare Retail Specialist

Position Type: Part-time - 3 days per week

Compensation: £14,359.80 plus commission

Role Overview:
A Dermalogica Skincare Retail Specialist plays a pivotal role in delivering outstanding results within our retail environments. You will be stationed on the shop floor, embodying our mission to empower and educate customers in achieving their optimal skin health.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Guide customers through a personalized journey, actively listening and connecting with them at every interaction.
2. Perform skincare treatments and develop tailored skincare programs that integrate both treatments and homecare solutions.
3. Establish a collaborative relationship with customers by sharing treatment plans and educating them on recommended homecare practices.
4. Take ownership of monthly performance targets, both individually and for the location.
5. Execute counter duties, including Face Mapping, to assess client needs and concerns.
6. Maintain a professional and organized treatment area, including restocking and cleaning duties.

Qualifications:
- Level 3 in Beauty Therapy with Facial Electrical is required.
- Level 4 Beauty Therapy qualification, including Microneedling and Chemical Peels, is preferred; Dermalogica offers funding for this training if not already obtained.
- Experience as a Sales Advisor in a dynamic environment within Retail, Beauty, or FMCG is advantageous.
- An outgoing, creative mindset that can engage and inspire customers at the counter.
