- Communication: Ensure consistent team and individual communication to maintain collective knowledge among all team members and business partners.

- Achieve KPIs: Cultivate relationships to build trust with clients, collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service, introduce innovative ideas to create additional revenue opportunities, and champion events and promotional strategies that add value for clients.
- Operational Excellence: Execute all operational tasks proficiently, advocate for knowledge-sharing and teamwork among team members to support inventory control, cost reduction, and profitability. Take ownership of operational processes by delegating and managing efficiencies. Utilize problem-solving skills and lead/train peers to achieve results through collaboration.
- Build Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong, personalized relationships with customers, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all clients and colleagues.
- Product Expertise: Maintain extensive knowledge of beauty products across various categories, including skincare, makeup, haircare, and fragrances. Stay updated on the latest products and trends in the beauty industry.

- Sales & Promotions: Drive sales through effective communication of product benefits and promotions. Encourage repeat business by informing customers about loyalty programs and upcoming events.
- Inventory Management: Assist in stock management, ensuring product availability, and maintaining an organized and visually appealing store environment.
- Educational Workshops: Participate in and occasionally lead in-store beauty workshops, sharing expertise and tips with customers in a group setting.
- Feedback & Insights: Gather customer feedback on products and services, providing insights to the management team for continuous improvement.
