Job Overview
The eCommerce Merchandise Specialist plays a crucial role within the retail environment, collaborating with the management team to achieve the operational objectives of the location. This position focuses on identifying, selecting, and transferring valuable items to our online sales platform, thereby supporting the expansion of Goodwill's digital marketplace. Additionally, the specialist may take on various responsibilities within the store as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifies high-value items among incoming donations.
- Organizes and processes products for both online sales and in-store displays.
- Completes necessary training to aid the site in meeting online sales targets.
- Optimizes the percentage of items posted online while ensuring a high average sale price.
- Keeps the workspace clean and organized.
- Aims to meet financial targets and budgetary goals.
