Atrium Health Charlotte, a leading healthcare provider in North Carolina, is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to lead our Progressive Care Unit (PCU) team.

Overview

As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the PCU, ensuring high-quality patient care and excellent outcomes. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement evidence-based practices, improve patient flow, and enhance the overall experience for our patients and families.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals in the PCU
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital standards
  • Collaborate with physicians and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track patient outcomes and departmental performance
  • Provide education and training to staff on new technologies, processes, and best practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field required; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a nurse leader or in a similar role
  • Current RN licensure in North Carolina required
  • BSN required; MSN preferred

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.
