- Serve as a liaison between the cardiovascular department and other hospital departments, promoting collaboration and communication to achieve shared goals.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate staff members, fostering a culture of professionalism, respect, and teamwork.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement evidence-based practices that enhance patient outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. You should have a Master's degree in Nursing or a related field and current RN licensure in the state of North Carolina. At least 5 years of experience in cardiovascular nursing and management are required, with a proven track record of achieving positive patient outcomes and improving operational efficiency.
