Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Moose Lake Village, a 5-star rated health care campus. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and contributing to a collaborative and inclusive work culture.
Key Responsibilities- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, monitoring for effectiveness and response.
- Manage medications, supplies, and equipment, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Document care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
- Notify clinical managers, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in resident condition.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Current MN nursing license.
- CPR certification preferred but not required.
- Strong people and communication skills.
- Desire to care for older adults and others in need.
