About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Moose Lake Village, a faith-based, nonprofit organization with over 200 years of experience caring for those in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitor for effectiveness/response
  • Manage medications, supplies, and equipment, including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Document care using computerized medication administration and charting software
  • Notify Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and take follow-up action as necessary
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited Nursing program
  • Have a current MN Nursing license
  • CPR preferred but not required
  • Possess strong people and communication skills
  • Have a desire to care for the older population and others in need
