About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at Moose Lake Village, a 5-star rated facility. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, monitoring for effectiveness and response.
  • Manage medications, supplies, and equipment, ensuring accurate ordering, receiving, storing, and disposal in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Document patient care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
  • Notify clinical managers, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in patient condition, taking follow-up action as necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as required to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Minnesota nursing license.
  • CPR certification preferred but not required.
  • Strong people and communication skills.
  • Desire to care for the older population and others in need.
