Cassia is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at Moose Lake Village. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, monitoring patient responses and reporting any changes or concerns.
- Manage patient medications, supplies, and equipment, ensuring accurate ordering, receiving, storing, and disposal in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Document patient care using computerized medication administration and charting software, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Notify clinical managers, attending physicians, and family members of significant patient changes, taking follow-up action as necessary.
- Perform additional duties as required to ensure seamless patient care and team collaboration.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Minnesota nursing license.
- CPR certification preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for caring for older adults and those in need.
