Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

Cassia is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Moose Lake Village. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the well-being of our residents.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and caring LPN to work in our Health Care Center. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional patient care and will be committed to working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient responses and report any changes or concerns to the clinical team
  • Document patient care and progress using electronic medical records
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
Requirements:
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program
  • Current Minnesota nursing license
  • CPR certification (preferred but not required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
