Job Title: Chemical Sales Director

The Chemical Sales Director will be responsible for planning and implementing sales, marketing, and product development programs for a specialty chemical company in Houston, TX. This role requires experience in the chemical or related industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic marketing and sales plans to achieve corporate objectives.
  • Manage sales/marketing operating budgets and advertising/promotion activities.
  • Recommend product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy.
  • Achieve satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share.
  • Monitor competitor products, sales, and marketing activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-7+ years of experience in the chemical or related industry.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent industry experience.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
