Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to join our team at ActionLink. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for showcasing Sonos products and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent Sonos products and promote their home theater technology
  • Execute sales strategies to meet program operations plan, mission, and KPI critical success factors
  • Build relationships with store managers and associates to increase Sonos' sales in assigned stores
  • Engage customers through product demonstrations to identify home audio products that fit their individual needs
  • Assist and train store personnel to communicate Sonos information with confidence
  • Display Sonos products in a visually appealing manner to drive sales

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience required; consumer electronics experience is a plus
  • Strong sales aptitude and a high degree of initiative
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship building skills
  • Ability to present Sonos product information confidently to individuals and groups
  • Reliable transportation to assigned Best Buy location
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time during shifts and lift items up to 30lbs without assistance
  • Tech-ready with access to a personal smartphone with high-speed internet
