About The Role

The UPS Store is seeking a highly motivated Sales and Account Growth Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, growing existing accounts, and identifying new markets for expansion.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prospect for new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other means
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate existing accounts and grow sales revenue
  • Build strong relationships with customers to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Qualifications:
  • Prior outside sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
  • Proficient in using computer software to maintain databases and create estimates

We are offering a salary range of $70,000 - $100,000 per annum, based on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
