Key Responsibilities
Proactively engage with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues
Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for contract renewals and upselling
Assist in preparing proposals and contracts for existing clients
Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure a seamless transition during the renewal process
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and contract renewals in the CRM system
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the renewal process
Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improving customer retention

Requirements
1 year of experience in sales support or customer retention role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational and time management skills

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
