Job Title: Infrastructure Services Supervisor

Join our team as an Infrastructure Services Supervisor at Goulds Pumps IPG LLC, where you will play a key role in delivering high-quality IT services to our organization. As a seasoned IT professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and support of infrastructure technology (IT) and operational technology (OT) services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead a team of IT professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services.
  • Partner with IT manager to establish and maintain effective talent management activities, including goal setting, performance reviews, and individual development planning.
  • Foster a high-performance culture within the team, ensuring engagement, enthusiasm, and a commitment to delivering value.
  • Drive and architect transformation initiatives, leveraging innovative solutions to enhance our IT landscape.
  • Lead IT projects, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery of system upgrades, migrations, and installations.
  • Collaborate extensively with cross-functional IT teams and business stakeholders to design and implement strategic IT initiatives.
  • Ensure infrastructure security aligns with industry standards and compliance regulations set by our Cybersecurity Team.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Maintain the pulse of the customer by ensuring you understand incident, task, and request trends, KPIs, and overall delivery using data baseline and improve services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal, and collaboration abilities across all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products.
  • Proficiency with hardware and technology equipment.
  • Understanding of fundamental computer architecture, networking, virtualization, storage, and operating system concepts.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with flexibility, keeping others informed and anticipating needs.
