Position Summary:

The selected candidate will fulfill all obligations outlined in the basic contract and will provide professionally and technically skilled individuals to execute all tasks necessary to meet the requirements of this task order, particularly in support of CBRN and HSMR supplies and equipment. This role involves delivering logistics management services to assist the USAFSAM, Occupational and Environmental Health Department (USAFSAM/OE) with customer support, administrative duties, supply chain functions, and laboratory reporting in accordance with established policies and directives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage administrative tasks related to supply and equipment oversight.
  • Gather, prepare, analyze, and validate equipment and supporting documentation, and compile data/reports from various internal databases.
  • Provide internal stakeholders with equipment/supply information regarding issues, timelines, and related inquiries.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of equipment inventory, including maintenance and calibration schedules.
  • Assist in planning and conducting tests to assess equipment performance.
  • Deliver inventory reports at least biannually, covering supplies, equipment, and training aids.
  • Conduct regular internal inspections of medical equipment to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate effective mission support, including the checkout and check-in of CBRN and HSMR equipment and the packing of consumable supplies for mission requirements.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in operating, maintaining, and calibrating CBRN and HSMR supplies and equipment.
  • At least five years of experience in data compilation, as well as preparing charts, graphs, and tables for analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license for operating government or GSA vehicles.
  • A signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with the company, due to potential access to confidential and sensitive information, must be provided to the Government Program Manager at the start of employment.
