Chenega Corporation is seeking a dedicated CBRNE Logistics Operations Specialist to provide comprehensive logistics management services. This role is essential in supporting various operational departments by ensuring efficient customer service, administrative tasks, and supply chain functions in line with established policies and directives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee and execute administrative tasks related to supply and equipment management.
2. Gather, prepare, and analyze equipment records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
3. Deliver equipment and supply information to internal stakeholders regarding schedules and related inquiries.
4. Maintain meticulous inventory records, including maintenance and calibration schedules.
5. Assist in planning and conducting evaluations of equipment performance.
6. Provide biannual inventory reports covering supplies, equipment, and training aids.
7. Conduct regular inspections of medical equipment to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
8. Facilitate effective mission support by managing the check-out and check-in processes for CBRN and HSMR equipment, as well as packing necessary supplies.
9. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required.
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in operating, maintaining, and calibrating CBRN and HSMR supplies and equipment.
- At least five (5) years of experience in data compilation, chart preparation, and result analysis.
- Valid driver's license required for operating government or GSA vehicles.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Physical Requirements
The physical demands of this position include regular sitting, talking, and hearing. The role may involve repetitive motions of the arms, wrists, hands, and fingers. Occasional walking, standing, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling may be required. The ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds is necessary. Specific vision abilities required include close vision.
