Job Title: Product Support Engineer

As a Product Support Engineer at Equifax, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our file transfer software product. This includes resolving customer-reported issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely resolution of incidents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for file transfer software product
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer-reported issues
  • Ensure timely resolution of incidents and meet SLA requirements
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of file transfer protocols and software
  • Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 support
Requirements:
  • BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field
  • 5 years of administering software engineering experience
  • 4 years of strong working experience with IBM Sterling File Gateway (SFG) and Sterling Integrator (SI)
  • Strong knowledge of communication and data transfer protocols like SFTP, HTTPS, and Connect Direct Protocols
  • Cloud certification (GCP preferred)
