Job Title: CA ITCM, Server Automation Admin / Production Support Engineer

Location: Alpharetta, GA

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Production Support Engineer with extensive experience in Windows Systems Administration, scripting, and production support environments. This individual will be responsible for providing technical support in a fast-paced environment, working with various technologies, and ensuring smooth operations of production systems, including ATM applications and virtual services. Experience in agile and DevOps environments is essential.

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in IT production support with a strong background in Windows Systems Administration and/or Windows development.
  3. Strong knowledge of CA Server Automation, including CA ITCM.
  4. Proficiency in writing SQL queries for Oracle or SQL Server databases.
  5. Solid experience in PowerShell scripting and automation.
  6. Experience with Microsoft Desktop Services and Virtual Services.
  7. Familiarity with Agile and DevOps cultures and methodologies.
  8. ITIL certification or strong knowledge of ITIL production support best practices.
  9. Knowledge of ATM applications and experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  10. Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk and ExtraHop.
  11. Basic knowledge of Linux is a plus.
  12. Knowledge of Azure is a plus.
