Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients
  • Develop personalized treatment plans to address speech and language disorders
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Licensed by the State of Ohio
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (preferred)
  • CPR certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
