Dedicated Home Health Speech Therapist for Dynamic Care

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Therapist to join our dynamic team at Medi Home Health Agency in Butler County, PA.
As a key member of our interdisciplinary care team, you will provide expert speech pathology services to our patients in their homes. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to adapt to diverse patient needs will make a significant difference in the lives of those we serve.
Responsibilities- Assess patient's level of functioning and develop individualized plans of care in collaboration with physicians and healthcare professionals.
- Administer tests and interventions to address speech, hearing, and language disorders.
- Record and report patient progress to healthcare teams, providing recommendations for treatment adjustments as needed.
- Instruct patients, families, and healthcare personnel on strategies to support speech and language development.
- Collaborate with audiologists to ensure comprehensive care.
To succeed in this rewarding role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Minimum one year of experience in speech therapy, preferably in home health settings.
- PA state licensure as a Speech Therapist.
- Reliable transportation and liability insurance.
