Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop daily route plans for drivers to optimize revenue for each vehicle.
2. Continuously assess the quality of transported products.
3. Focus on expanding the customer base through outreach and referrals.
4. Create employee schedules that maximize productivity while accommodating time off.
5. Supervise daily operations of employees in the designated area.
6. Maintain equipment upkeep schedules and foster relationships with maintenance facilities.
7. Oversee safety protocols in collaboration with the safety manager, including conducting Incident Prevention Observations (IPOs) and Driver Observation Reports (DORs).
8. Manage and resolve ELD discrepancies on a daily basis.
9. Provide personal protective equipment (PPE) and order uniforms for staff.
10. Ensure proper training for new drivers is executed and documented.
11. Keep records of personnel issues and concerns.

Qualifications:
- Active Commercial Driving License with HazMat, Doubles/Triples, and Tanker Endorsements.
- Strong understanding of the commercial driving sector.
- Proven leadership skills to manage daily employee performance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and various computer systems.
- Available via cell phone for emergencies and able to respond to dispatch needs promptly.
