Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Human Resources Director to join our team at Billings Clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the growth, development, and profitability of our organization, as well as ensuring the success and credibility of our human resources programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance human resources operational management and identify and reduce areas of risk.
  • Provide HR consultation across a broad range of human resources management and operational functions, including legal/regulatory compliance, risk identification and mitigation plans, employee and leadership development, performance management, talent acquisition and engagement strategies, workforce forecasting, and staffing solutions.
  • Collaborate with regional branch clinic leadership, Affiliate CEO's, and human resources teams to develop, retain, recruit, and lead a talented team committed to accomplishing the goals and objectives of Billings Clinic, Regional Operations, and the branch clinic or affiliate/managed site.

Requirements
  • 4-year Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 2 years of HR Manager/Director experience required.
  • HR Healthcare experience in a multi-location environment preferred.
  • Critical access hospital experience desirable.
