Job Title: Regional Human Resources Director

Billings Clinic is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Human Resources Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic human resources guidance and support to our regional operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement human resources strategies to support business objectives and goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to regional leadership teams on human resources-related matters.
  • Collaborate with regional operations teams to ensure effective implementation of human resources programs and services.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support human resources needs.
Requirements:
  • 4-year degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in human resources management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
