The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring company compliance with airport authority regulations, company, and client rules, regulations, policies, and procedures related to the business of aviation service staffing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the training strategy for G2 Secure Staff and its related corporate entities.
  • Implement and maintain a world-class training culture.
  • Ensure implementation of the Safety Management System (SMS).
  • Maintain Quality Assurance oversight for operational issues relating to performance and safety.
  • Actively participate in the Safety Management System (SMS).

Requirements:

  • 1 year of lead or supervisory experience.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Must have a valid driver's License.
  • Must submit to and pass a drug screen and background check.
  • Must meet all requirements to obtain an airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal (if applicable).
