About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology and Integration Specialist to join our growing Design Build Organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for applying senior-level technical expertise to our pursuit and project teams nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead teams in developing integrated design deliverables on multi-discipline transportation engineering projects.
  • Utilize the latest design and collaboration software platforms to successfully accomplish HNTB's 4 for 4 performance.
  • Participate in firm-wide forums to carry best practices and lessons learned to subsequent projects.
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and advise others in related subject matter.
  • Prepare technical presentations, reports, and analysis in area of specialty.
  • Interact regularly with clients at the staff level.
Requirements
  • Associate of Science in Drafting or Technical School or related and 12 years of relevant experience, or
  • In lieu education, 14 years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10+ years related experience
  • Design Build project leadership experience on major highway, bridge, airport or transit projects.
  • Experience with the Bentley suite of applications including but not limited to Projectwise, Bentley InRoads, OpenRoads, and OpenRoads Designer.
  • Working knowledge of AutoDesk design products which may include AutoCAD, Civil 3D, AutoDesk Construction Cloud, Revit, and Navisworks.
