As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in promoting the growth of our clinic by selling client wellness memberships and coordinating a team of caring professionals to deliver an excellent end-to-end experience to every client every single day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive membership sales and promote retail sales to help the location move more people forward in their wellness journeys.
  • Support an amazing experience for members and guests by assisting with the daily operations of the front desk staff and maintaining a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for everyone.
  • Guide the sales and customer service team to positively resolve customer challenges and support a strong workplace culture where all employees feel valued and connected to the mission.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 months of proven sales results and experience in customer service.
  • Ability to motivate, coach, influence, and inspire team members to achieve goals and prioritize work effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet to resolve conflicts and bring people to compromise.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and confidence with employees, members, and guests.
