About the Role

AECOM is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Science and Technology Leader to join our team as a Regional Director of Science and Technology. This is a key leadership position that will drive the growth of our Science and Technology market in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Leadership: Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of design, technical, management, business development, and marketing/communications professionals.
  • Business Development: Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Science and Technology market.
  • Practice Building: Foster a collaborative team environment, nurture innovation and excellence across all project phases, and mentor and develop the next generation of design and technical professionals.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field, plus 10 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 2 years in a leadership/mentorship role.
  • Preferred Qualifications: 15 years of experience in a leadership role with an Architecture, Engineering or consulting firm focused on Science and Technology projects, strong relationships with regional S+T clients, professional license as Architect (RA, AIA) or Planner (AICP), LEED and/or Well accreditation, strong communication and leadership skills, and proficiency in software such as Revit, Autocad, MS Excel, and Word and PowerPoint.
