Job Summary

This role is responsible for supporting the expansion of Richard Fleischman & Associates into the Financial Service Industry in the United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational and strategic management and development of the Client Service Engineering team in the US.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the management of client relationships and ensure timely resolution of client issues.
  • Lead the Client Service Engineering team in the US, providing guidance and direction to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as projects and service desk, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Manage and maintain the training and orientation process of new hires.
  • Coordinate and assign support tickets across departmental lines as necessary.
  • Update databases with necessary information to facilitate high-level technical client support.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of experience.
  • Substantial experience from a technical background.
  • Practical experience of working in an ITIL environment.
  • Understanding of Cloud technologies.
  • Ability to use Office applications to a high standard.
  • Good understanding of existing system programs and capabilities.
  • Good understanding of RFA policies and procedures.
  • Financial industry experience, especially in Alternative Asset Management (Hedge Funds, Private Equity, FoF) and/or Trade Desk support experience.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Experience of Connectwise.
  • Experience of PowerBi.
  • ITIL Certified.
  • Knowledge of IT Portal or other Knowledge base experience.

$110,000 - $130,000 a year
