Job Title: Member Service Representative

Overview:

The YMCA of the Pikes Peak Region is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Member Service Representative to provide exceptional service to our members and visitors. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and inclusive environment that exceeds our members' expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and Engage: Welcome members and visitors, and engage with them to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Answer Questions and Resolve Issues: Provide accurate and timely information to members and visitors, and resolve any issues or concerns they may have.
  • Process Memberships and Programs: Accurately process new memberships and program registrations, and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Collaborate with Staff: Work closely with other center staff to ensure seamless service delivery and timely follow-up to member inquiries and concerns.
  • Meet Membership Goals: Meet and exceed membership satisfaction and retention goals, and contribute to the overall success of the YMCA.

Qualifications:

  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Education: High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Confidentiality and Organizational Skills: Strong emphasis on confidentiality and excellent organizational skills.
  • Bilingual: Bilingual preferred.
